There are no shared spaces and it completely private. Other things to note The home is located on a quiet residential street. Guest parking for 2 cars is provided: one off-street parking space, and one unlimited on-street (using the provided residential sticker). There is also easy street parking for extra visitors in need (2 hour limit). The street is limited to one way entrance so has minimal vehicle traffic. The house is single level so has excellent accessibility and suitable for all ages. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house and another double bed and ensuite in the garden studio.
